Is the free plan actually enough?+
Yes — unlimited recs, the share link, the QR card, the map, VIP referrals. A solo host can run a five-star guest experience free, forever. The paid plans add branding, analytics, and the guest CRM that turns past guests into repeat direct bookings.
Do my guests need to download anything?+
No. The card opens your guide in any browser — photos, map, your notes. They only create a free account if they want to save spots or unlock insider notes.
What's the guest CRM?+
Every guest who uses your guide becomes a warm, consented connection — inside Recs. You see what they loved, send a couple of welcome-back notes a year (delivered by Recs, one-tap opt-out), and get pinged when a past guest starts planning a return trip. One direct rebooking beats a year of the subscription. We never export guest emails — to anyone, including you.
Can restaurants pay to be in my guide?+
Never. No ads, no paid placements, and recommenders are never paid. Your guide stays yours — that's the whole reason guests trust it.
What does 'pays for itself or your money back' mean exactly?+
If after 12 months (guide live, card displayed) the product hasn't demonstrably driven repeat-guest activity or bookings, we refund the year. Measured by in-product signals, not vibes.
