Is the free plan actually enough?+
Yes — unlimited recs, the share link, the QR card, the map, VIP referrals. A solo host can run a five-star guest experience on the free plan. The paid plans add Recs Pro, branding, analytics, and guide updates that keep you warmly in front of past guests.
Do my guests need to download anything?+
No. The card opens your guide in any browser — photos, map, your notes. They only create a free account if they want to save spots or unlock insider notes.
How do guide updates work?+
Your guide stays alive. When you add new spots, past guests get a tasteful heads-up — your new recommendations with your notes, at most once a month, with one-tap mute. You can add a personal line ("the corner room is free in October"), and that gentle presence is what turns past guests into direct rebookings. We never export guest emails — to anyone, including you.
Can restaurants pay to be in my guide?+
Never. No ads, no paid placements, and recommenders are never paid. Your guide stays yours — that's the whole reason guests trust it.
What does 'pays for itself or your money back' mean exactly?+
If after 12 months (guide live, card displayed) the product hasn't demonstrably driven repeat-guest activity or bookings, we refund the year. Measured by in-product signals, not vibes.
I manage properties in multiple cities — does that work?+
Yes. Each property gets the right city or neighborhood guide, and the Co-Host plan covers up to 10 properties with your agency's name on every page.
